How can I see what I have ordered?

After the payment is complete you will be redirected to download page where you can download your designs and you will receive the purchase receipt. Create an account with the same email that you have used at checkout in order to gain access to your purchases at any time.

How do I contact support?

If you need help with a product contact the shop owner on the product page! Just click the Message button on the upper right. For anything else visit our Contact Page

Do I have to create an account to use your site?

You must register or login to complete your purchase

What are the licensing terms of the products?

We have our special and exclusive Buytshirtdesigns extended license on all of our products! You can read more about our extended license at the bottom of our products.https://podpng.co.uk/products-licenses/

There is a problem with my order; what do I do?

If there is any issue with the order that has been placed, including, but not limited to, incorrect billing charges, failure to deliver the product, inability to access the product, or any other question feel free to contact us podpng@hotmail.com

How do I change my email or any other personal information?

Changing information is simple. It can be updated by going to My Account–> Edit Profile and making any changes. All changes are updated as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently complete all of our payments via PayPal. This allows for purchases either using a PayPal account or using credit / debit card.
